How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Standard delivery is 1 to 3 business days and you get a tracking email when it ships. EU rates are shown at checkout and include VAT. Free over €60.
Can I return it?
Unused and unopened, within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is yours unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 10 business days. Opened matcha, custom and sale items are non-returnable. EU customers also have the 14-day cooling-off period, unused and in the original packaging.
